As most of you will know we celebrated my second baby shower on Saturday. My wonderful sister threw it for me and invited all of my friends and family. I thought I’d share some photos from the day and some of the games we played and decorations that were used for anyone who’s planning one. Mallory went above and beyond as always and her house looked amazing. Baby showers have always been quite american but they are becoming really popular in the U.K now and I think its such a lovely way to celebrate pregnancy with friends and family. We love any excuse to throw a party!
Baby charades – this game was so much fun. Mallory bought the cards from Amazon and we’ll definitely keep them for her next baby shower. Everyone had so much fun with this one.
Measure the baby bump – Mallory bought a roll of measuring tape from Amazon, this was really fun although I was a little offended by how HUGE some people thought I was!
The dirty nappy game – guests have to guess what melted chocolate bar is inside numbered nappy’s.
Toilet paper nappy game – This is always really fun and competitive, split your guests int teams give each team a roll of toilet paper and let them get creative under a time limit, then judge which team have done the best job!
Mallory bought the gorgeous hanging wisteria from Amazon, the balloons and ring were made by @boxballoons. Mallory and Naomi organised the most gorgeous nappy cake and Baby clothing bouquet from Baby blooms. They are always my go to for baby shower presents as they are so beautiful but also useful because they are made up of real essential items!
My dress was from Pretty lavish and Mallory’s was ZARA. Blythe’s gorgeous outfit was from Hucklebones!
