Glitter and gold…

Christmas is definitely an excuse for more glitter and gold, whether thats with makeup, hair.. Or both! As you know my makeup is usually kept quite subtle for everyday, but I’ve really been loving sparkly makeup especially on my eyes.

I found this amazing highlighter from Sleek which I bought from super drug and couldn’t believe how good it actually was. I’ve never really heard of the brand before but it’s my new favourite thing. It has 4 different colours which I use for both highlighting and eyeshadow. This high pigmented creme eyeshadow from Topshop is also amazing and looks so good just on it’s own which is such a quick easy look.

Mallory bought this super cute gold floral headband from ASOS which she looks so beautiful in. It’s so easy to put in and creates such a pretty effortless look. This would look so nice for Christmas day or any festive events you might have coming up. Christmas is the perfect time to get out of your comfort zone and try something a bit different. ASOS have some really great hair accessories.

Mallory went for loose waves which were so easy to do, she used TRESemme perfectly undone along with a light conditioning mist for extra silky soft curls. She applied both to damp hair and finger dried it. She then added some more loose curls using this Babyliss wand and brushed them out and sprayed Moroccan oil hairspray to hold them in place. This product smells amazing and works wonders.

Both our looks are quite subtle and similar to our usually hair and beauty looks with just a hint of glitter and gold perfect for Christmas.
Hope you like our looks.
